Community Hospice has been the premier provider of bereavement services for kids and teens in the capital region since 1998. The mission of Community Hospice is to serve seriously ill people and their families during the process of dying, and to offer support to those who are grieving.
Community Hospice is a local non-profit organization, serving families who live in seven counties in northeastern New York. The money we raise allows us to continue offering a wide range of top-quality hospice services to people at all income levels who, in most cases, pay virtually nothing for hospice care.
The Community Hospice provides expert care to those who are very ill with any disease, plus we offer help and support for their families. We show patients and their loved ones how to focus on the things that matter most, and we encourage them to set goals and embrace life.
